【 Pre-order production time 】

• All products are made to order. Once payment is completed, your order will enter the production process. Production time is about 1~7 weeks, depending on order volume and product complexity. If you have concerns about the waiting time, we recommend contacting us via Instagram DM before placing an order

【 Estimated shipping time 】

• Taiwan store-to-store / home delivery：1~3 business days
• International courier shipping：3~7 business days
• International postal shipping：7~60 business days
  (postal services are less stable, delivery time cannot be guaranteed)

【 Repairs & After sales service 】

• The brand provides lifetime repair services. Repair fees and shipping costs may apply depending on the situation. (minor repairs may be offered free of charge, in such cases, customers are only responsible for shipping costs)

【 Returns, Exchanges & Order changes 】

• Eligible for return / exchange：

1. Product breakage that prevents wear
2. Product significantly different from images
3. Obvious defects, severe discoloration, or damage
4. Major size discrepancies from the description

• Not eligible for return / exchange：

1. Damage caused by human factors
2. Incorrect orders that have already entered production
3. Customized products confirmed through prior discussion

• Once a refund agreement is reached, the item must still be returned. The brand will cover full return shipping costs and provide return instructions
• Once an order has entered the production process, no changes or cancellations will be accepted.
  Please double-check all details before placing your order

【 Product characteristics & Image disclaimer 】

• All products are handcrafted. Minor handmade marks are considered normal. Perfectionists are advised not to place an order
• All product and wearing images are photographed from actual items. Due to lighting and equipment differences, slight variations between images and the actual product may occur. The actual product shall prevail

凡使用此網站、瀏覽商品、完成訂購流程等等，即表示您同意並接受本服務條款

【 預購商品等待天數 】

• 商品皆為預購制，完成付款即進入製作流程，製作天數約為 1~7 週，實際時間依照當時訂單狀況、商品複雜程度而定。對等待時間有疑慮者，建議下單前先透過 IG 私訊確認

【 運送天數預估 】

• 臺灣店到店 / 宅配：1~3個工作日
• 國際宅配 (快遞)：3~7個工作日
• 國際宅配 (郵局)：7~60個工作日 (郵局寄送較不穩定，時長無法保證)

【 維修 & 售後服務 】

• 品牌永久提供維修服務，將視情況酌收維修費、運費 (若幅度不大，可免費維修，顧客僅需負擔運費)

【 商品退換 & 訂單異動 】

• 可退換情況：斷裂導致無法配戴、商品與圖片嚴重不符、明顯斑駁或傷痕、尺寸與描述落差過大
• 不可退換情況：人為破壞、下單錯誤且已進入製作流程、經討論及確認過的客製化商品
• 達成退費共識後，仍需要將商品寄回，品牌將會負擔全額運費，並提供退貨資訊
• 訂單一旦進入製作流程，將不再接受任何異動或取消，請多加確認後再下單

【 商品特性 & 影像與實體差異 】

• 商品皆以手工串製而成，有些微製作痕跡為正常現象，完美主義者請勿下單
• 商品圖、配戴照皆為實品拍攝，可能會因光線、設備造成實品與影像略有不同，請以實品為準
